CONTEMPORARY YET CLASSY BOULEVARD

Located strategically at Kayu Ara Damansara, it features comtemporary facades, dual frontages, pedestrian-oriented environment complete with landscaped walkways encircling each block. Straits Design supplied some of Schreder’s top of the line lighting to light the six to seven storey facade including the surrounding road and carpark using no more than 150W lighting fixtures. These small light fixtures were placed strategically to highlight the architectural features, giving an overall subtle but impressive image.
